La corrosión de las premisas de la nacionalidad resalta en la novela de Fogwill, y así la guerra, contada sin ese sistema de valores trascendentes, sin rastro alguno de épica, atenta contra los principios que legitiman la contienda como gesta nacional. Surge entonces la pregunta acerca de cómo esa enunciación, la de los pichis, determina el espacio o cómo contraría otras historias de ese espacio (bélico). The corrosion of the premises of nationality stands out in Fogwill's novel, and thus the war, depicted, without any judgement of value or trace of epic, becomes delegitimized as a heroic national feat. In this way, the question arises how that statement, that of the Pichis, determines the space and how it contradicts to other stories of the (war) space. By means of the invention of a deserter’s voice, an entire world emerges, the vocabulary becomes dislocated and there is a redefinition of language that makes the implicit, the supplementary, the postponed appear, that until then remained unsaid, such as the "flights of death". One of the proposals of this work is to grasp the sound of Los pichiciegos, different from "challenge" or "mourning", the two traditions or matrixes of our culture that appeared always we wanted to write down the passions of the homeland (Ludmer, 2000).

Se utilizan categorías operativas de la sociosemiótica y el análisis del discurso para analizar en los órdenes temático, retórico y enunciativo el discurso periodístico, desde el punto de vista de sus condiciones de producción. Los resultados muestran que, si bien activan y configuran memorias similares, cada publicación convalida el posicionamiento que había adoptado durante la contienda del conflicto. Se analizará cómo la dinámica de articulación entre las islas y el continente fue impedida de forma artificial por parte de la administración colonial, sin perjuicio de lo cual hubo épocas en las que floreció un intercambio fluido que se vio truncado por la guerra. Desde entonces, el Reino Unido reforzó la situación de aislamiento artificial como parte de su estrategia para sostener a las islas como un territorio de ultramar británico.; In this article we propose to provide an analysis of the Malvinas issue, postulating that the United Kingdom has promoted over time a situation of isolation of the islands in relation to the mainland as a strategy for the preservation of the colony. It will analyse how the dynamic of articulation between the islands and the mainland was artificially impeded by the colonial administration, although there were times when a fluid exchange flourished, which was cut short by the war. Since then, the United Kingdom reinforced a situation of artificial isolation as part of its strategy to sustain the islands as a British Overseas Territory.

The Madrid Agreements and Law 24184 during the nineties Malvinas en Cuestión; no. 2 Finalizado el conflicto bélico del Atlántico Sur entre la Argentina e Inglaterra, el 14 de junio de 1982, se inició el proceso de desmalvinización con Reynaldo Bignone en el turno dictatorial. La desmalvinización encontró justificación en la necesidad de impulsar lenta y sistemáticamente el restablecimiento de las relaciones bilaterales entre el Estado argentino y el británico, sentando las bases para determinar las condiciones reales y efectivas del cese de hostilidades y garantizando el sistema de intereses económicos y financieros de aquellos últimos en la región. Esto se plasmó en los Acuerdos de Madrid I y II, que firmaron la Argentina y el Reino Unido entre octubre de 1989 y febrero de 1990, y en la sanción de la Ley Nacional 24184, durante la presidencia de Carlos Menem y con Domingo Cavallo como ministro de Relaciones Exteriores. En el siguiente trabajo nos proponemos examinar en detalle los Acuerdos de Madrid II, abordando el documento denominado “Declaración conjunta de las delegaciones de la Argentina y del Reino Unido” y la Ley 24184, con el propósito de revelar las consecuencias políticas y económicas que tienen para la soberanía de nuestro país.; By the end of the war between Argentina and England in the South Atlantic on June 14, 1982, the demalvinization process began during Reynaldo Bignone’s dictatorial rule. This was materialized in the Madrid I and II Agreements, signed by Argentina and the United Kingdom, between October 1989 and February 1990, during the presidency of Carlos Menem and with Domingo Cavallo as the Minister of Foreign Affairs, and in the law 24,184 as well. In the following article, we propose to examine the Madrid Agreements in detail, dealing with the document called “Joint Declaration of the delegations of Argentina and the United Kingdom” and the law 24,184, with the purpose of revealing the political and economic consequences of them for the sovereignty of our country.

La desmalvinización encontró justificación en la necesidad de impulsar lenta y sistemáticamente el restablecimiento de las relaciones bilaterales entre el Estado argentino y el británico, sentando las bases para determinar las condiciones reales y efectivas del cese de hostilidades y garantizando el sistema de intereses económicos y financieros de aquellos últimos en la región.
