Mujeres víctimas de violencia de género y la relación con el abuso sexual infantil

Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene por objetivo poner en tensión y en debate la violencia hacia las mujeres por razones de género y la íntima relación que se establece con la situación de indefensión aprendida en la infancia en el marco del abuso sexual infantil. La posibilidad del abuso sexual en la infancia está posibilitado por el lugar de objeto en que las niñas son ubicadas por el rol que el sistema patriarcal adjudica a la niña para conformar a la mujer adulta. Las autoras hemos asistido a víctimas de violencia de género en el Espacio de la Red Provincial por Mujeres Libres de Violencias y hemos constatado que muchas de ellas, alrededor del 50% manifiestan haber sido abusadas sexualmente cuando niñas en el marco de relaciones intrafamiliares o cuasi. Las autoras sostienen que hay un hilo conductor entre el abuso sexual en la infancia y la violencia de género y que en general se manifestó en nuestro país por el movimiento “Me Too y que se traduce en el “no nos callamos más”. Esa íntima relación entre ASI y violencia de género en la adultez debe ser abordada y para poder acompañar los procesos de empoderamiento de las mujeres.

The present work aims to put in tension and debate violence against women for gender reasons and the intimate relationship that is established with the situation of helplessness learned in childhood in the framework of child sexual abuse. The possibility of sexual abuse in childhood is made possible by the place of object in which girls are placed by the role that the patriarchal system assigns to the girl to conform to the adult woman. The authors have assisted victims of gender violence in the Space of the Provincial Network for Women Free of Violence and we have found that many of them, around 50%, state that they have been sexually abused as girls in the context of intrafamily or quasi-relationships. The authors argue that there is a common thread between sexual abuse in childhood and gender violence and that in general it was manidested in our country by the “MeToo” movement and that translates into “we don’t shut up anymore”. This intimate relationship between ASI and gender violence in adults must addressed and in order to accompany the empowerment processes of women.
