dc.description.abstract The presentation introduces the Library Linkage Initiative of the Ibero-American Consortium for Education in Science and Technology (ISTEC). This nonprofit organization brings together educational, research, industrial, and multilateral institutions from the Americas and the Iberian Peninsula to promote scientific and technological education, international research collaboration, and technology transfer. LibLink focuses on managing academic and scientific information, establishing a network of libraries and institutions, and developing software tools for sharing resources and bibliographic materials among nodes. Celsius 3, a centralized bibliographic exchange management software, streamlines exchanges within the ISTEC consortium. The initiative aims to enhance communication, efficiency, and resource sharing among member institutions for the advancement of scientific and technological cooperation. es
