La pandemia silenciosa: violencias hacia mujeres y niñes en el contexto de emergencia sanitaria

Abstract

Enmarcado en la Ley Nacional de Salud Mental basada en el paradigma de derechos humanos este trabajo propone visibilizar el aumento de las violencias sufridas por niñes y adolescentes en el contexto de aislamiento social preventivo y obligatorio, medida necesaria para afrontar la pandemia en medio de una emergencia sanitaria en Argentina. A partir de ello se busca analizar cuáles son los alcances de las intervenciones de les psicologues, la función y el lugar que ocupan en contextos en los que el distanciamiento social imposibilita poner en acto gran parte de las condiciones adecuadas para intervenir sobre las violencias. Como profesionales de la Salud debemos estar advertides, y pensar intervenciones saludables que reduzcan la vulnerabilidad de la población.

Within the framework of the National Mental Health Law based on the human rights paradigm, this work proposes to make visible the increase in violence suffered by children and adolescents in the context of preventive and compulsory social isolation, a necessary measure to face the pandemic in the midst of an emergency. in Argentina. From this, the aim is to analyze the scope of the interventions of the psychologists, the function and the place they occupy in contexts in which social distancing makes it impossible to put into practice most of the appropriate conditions to intervene in violence. Health professionals must be aware and think of healthy interventions that reduce the vulnerability of the population.
