El sujeto y su narrativa en el ámbito forense: análisis bibliográfico de los aportes del campo psi y el discurso jurídico en el abordaje de las violencias por razones de género

Abstract

Nos proponemos analizar el lugar de la construcción del sujetx y sus narrativas en una sistematización bibliográfica sobre los abordajes técnicos de psicólogos en el ámbito judicial. La propuesta se inscribe en el proyecto de investigación “Trauma, estrés postraumático y daño psíquico en los abordajes técnicos de psicólogxs en el ámbito de la justicia” (UNLP). El objetivo principal es problematizar las estrategias técnicas que aparecen en las prácticas periciales en el abordaje de las violencias por razones de género. En la sistematización bibliográfica se analizarán tres ejes temáticos: en primer término, el lugar de la psicopolítica y la construcción del sujetx desde las intervenciones de psicólogos/as; en segundo lugar, la construcción de la figura de víctima en términos históricos y cómo ha sido abordada desde el campo de la psicología, y en tercer lugar, la co-construcción de narrativas en el ámbito de la justicia en un contexto de punitivismo creciente. La indagación aborda una temática cuyo recorrido histórico presenta un campo de problemas central para lxs profesionales psicólogxs, tomando los desarrollos de Luis Sanfelippo y Diego Zenobi, y que constituye una área de vacancia en el ámbito de la Psicología Forense, en el entrecruzamiento de discursos y prácticas: psicología, psicoanálisis y derecho.

We propose to analyze the place of the construction of the subject and its narratives in a bibliographical systematization on the technical approaches of psychologists in the judicial field. The proposal is part of the research project “Trauma, post-traumatic stress and psychological damage in the technical approaches of psychologists in the field of justice” (UNLP). The main objective is to problematize the technical strategies that appear in the expert practices in the approach to gender-based violence. In the bibliographic systematization, three thematic axes will be analyzed: first, the place of psychopolitics and the construction of the subject from the interventions of psychologists; secondly, the construction of the figure of the victim in historical terms and how it has been approached from the field of psychology, and thirdly, the co-construction of narratives in the field of justice in a context of growing punitiveness. The investigation addresses a theme whose historical journey presents a field of central problems for professional psychologists, taking the developments of Luis Sanfelippo and Diego Zenobi, and which constitutes a vacant area in the field of Forensic Psychology, in the intertwining of discourses and practices: psychology, psychoanalysis and law.
