Otras justicias posibles desde los géneros y los territorios: interpelaciones desde el Trabajo Social

Abstract

En este artículo nos proponemos aportar a la reflexión sobre la producción y reproducción de otras justicias posibles tanto desde los géneros como desde los territorios desde la mirada disciplinar del Trabajo Social. Para ello, sistematizamos el trabajo en distintos momentos recuperando reflexiones y aportes de reconocidas/os autoras/as que se entienden claves a la hora de abordar el tema y proponer reflexiones. En el primero de ellos abordamos dos posiciones en torno a la idea de justicia social, igualdad de posiciones e igualdad de oportunidades, las cuales responden a intereses que se presentan como antagónicos y asumiendo los actores o actrices que los impulsan posiciones diferentes en torno a la idea de justicia e igualdad. En un segundo momento, intentamos abordar el análisis de las posibilidades de acceso a derechos y justicias de amplios sectores de la población que se encuentran atravesando situaciones de vulnerabilidad y que acumulan una serie de desventajas producto de las desigualdades que se producen en un sistema que genera y agudiza problemas sociales, que fragmenta, individualiza y facilita la acumulación de riquezas en detrimento de la vida de los más desfavorecidos. A partir de estos análisis, nos proponemos pensar al Trabajo Social como posibilidad de construcción con otro y otras, como profesión que comprende y aborda las causas que generan desigualdad desde una mirada que procura superar posiciones inmediatistas en clave de pensar y generar nuevos acontecimientos y escenarios posibles. En este sentido, situar la mirada sobre las múltiples desigualdades que el sistema genera y pensarlo desde los feminismos, nos convoca a repensar otras justicias posibles, justicias territoriales, justicias de género, justicias como derechos y justicias como parte de una sociedad que sea más igualitaria.

In this article, our aim is to advance the discourse on the production and reproduction of alternative notions of justice across genders and territories from the disciplinary standpoint of Social Work. To achieve this goal, we have organized the work in stages, integrating insights and contributions from esteemed authors who are crucial to comprehending the topic and suggesting reflections. In this first section, we examine two positions: Equal Positions and Equal Opportunities. These positions are presented as opposing interests, with the actors who promote them holding differing views on the concepts of justice and equality. In a subsequent stage, we aim to analyze the potential of attaining legal entitlements and fair trials for significant portions of the populace facing vulnerable conditions and enduring multiple setbacks due to unequal distributions inherent to a system that creates and intensifies societal issues. This system fragments, isolates, and impels the accumulation of affluence at the expense of less privileged lives. Based on these analyses, we suggest considering social work as a profession collaborating with others to comprehend the factors that breed inequality from a viewpoint that aims to move beyond short-sighted perspectives and stimulate innovative developments and future scenarios. In this regard, examining the numerous inequalities produced by the system and considering it from a feminist perspective necessitates reimagining other conceivable forms of justice, such as territorial justice, gender justice, and justice as a fundamental right. This rethinking should aim to create a more egalitarian society.
