Como resultado de nuestras experiencias, podemos afirmar que el glicocolato de cobre se mostró más activo que el benzoato. Notando aumentos hasta del 20 % sobre el peso de los ovarios testigos.
Actualmente estudiamos en mamíferos grandes como la perra, el efecto del glicocolato de cobre, pudiendo adelantar que se confirman los resultados hasta el presente con la misma suerte que en las ratas.
Sugerimos el empleo de esta sal por los ginecólogos, dado que es completamente atóxica, como puede verse en nuestro trabajo original que vio la luz en los Anales de la Facultad de Medicina de La plata del año 1945.

With the purpose of control these interesting experiences, we assay copper glycocoll and benzoated actions. We use copper glycocoll prepared and pure copper benzoate both containing 0.004 grs. per cc. We try them in rats of the same parturition. We dilute both salts, watering original liquid so as each cc. has 0.0004 gr. of salt. In rats of 22 days old, we inject daily 1 cc. of the dilution during 10 days and 48 hours after the last injection we kill the animals and weigh the ovaries doing the same with witness rats without injection.
According to our experiences, we can affirm that copper glycocoll was more active than benzoate. We observe an increase up to 20 % over witness ovaries weight.
At present, we study, in big mammipherous such as the bith, cop per glycocoll effect, which is the same than in rats.
We suggest the use of this salt in gynecology because it is atoxic at all. We explain that in a work published in the Annals of the Faculty of Medicine of La Plata in 1945.
