La ley provincial de agroquímicos N° 6312 de Santiago del Estero: análisis del proyecto de reforma

Abstract

La regulación del uso de agroquímicos es una cuestión vital, dado el alto impacto que genera en el ambiente su aplicación, desde el punto de vista sistémico. En tal sentido, la provincia de Santiago del Estero, a través de la autoridad de aplicación de la normativa regulatoria del uso de agroquímicos, ha encarado la reforma de la ley provincial de agroquímicos Nº 6312, a fin de actualizar su articulado, de acuerdo con las modernas recomendaciones científico- técnicas, que redunden en la protección del ambiente y el logro del desarrollo sustentable.Por ello, en este artículo se realiza un análisis descriptivocomparativo entre la ley vigente y el proyecto de modificación de ella, para concluir en los avances que implicará su reforma y el impacto que generará a futuro su eventual sanción.

The regulation of the use of agrochemicals is a vital issue, given the high impact that its application generates in the environment from the systemic point of view. In this sense, the province of Santiago del Estero, through local authority in charge of the regulations for the use of agrochemicals, has faced the reform of the provincial agrochemicals law No. 6312, in order to update its articles, in accordance with the modern scientific-technical recommendations that result in the protection of the environment and the achievement of sustainable development. Therefore, in this article a descriptive analysis is carried out, between the comparison of the current law and the project to modify it, concluding on the advances that its reform will imply, and the impact that its eventual sanction will generate in the future.
