Contrastación de indicadores energéticos edilicios

Abstract

Entre 2021 y 2022 se auditaron edificios en 5 municipios de la provincia de Buenos Aires y 4 de la provincia de Santa Fe con el objetivo de determinar su comportamiento mediante la realización de auditorías energéticas. Estas se realizaron en verano e invierno durante 7 días registrando niveles de confort medidos y encuestados junto a consumos energéticos. Luego se modelizaron a fin de obtener demandas de energía en condición de termostato a nivel mensual y anual. Se construyeron indicadores energéticos con los que se realizaron análisis estadísticos a fin de tender a un modelo de comportamiento energético territorial. Se exponen resultados y conclusiones.

Between 2021 and 2022, buildings in 5 municipalities of the Buenos Aires province and 4 of the Santa Fe provinces were audited with the aim of determining their behavior through energy audits. These were carried out in summer and winter for 7 days, recording measured and surveyed comfort levels along with energy consumption. They were then modeled to obtain energy demands under thermostat conditions on a monthly and annual basis. Energy indicators were constructed with which statistical analyses were performed to tend towards a territorial energy behavior model. Results and conclusions are presented.
