The round table for Asia OSS as a first step

Abstract

This paper is based on the author’s experience as the chair of the round table for the Asia OSS symposium held in March 2003, gathering representatives from 16 economies. Starting by describing the author’s idea toward a new global industry model and community development, this paper reports the goals, the purpose, and the process he is leading, using the five step approach for the model.
