Resultados de análisis psicométricos: años 2007, 2008 y 2009

Abstract

En la asignatura Fisiología II, se decidió tomar una prueba psicométrica llamada cloze, que consiste en suprimir sistemáticamente palabras de un texto y evaluar el éxito que tiene el lector en reemplazarlas. Esta misma prueba se tomó en 2007, 2008 y 2009. El objetivo fue comparar el nivel de comprensión lingüística de los alumnos de Fisiología II. Las tres muestras se integraron con 75 alumnos cada una. Las pruebas consistieron en completar un párrafo, donde cada tres palabras se colocó un espacio que los alumnos debían completar con el término correspondiente. Se estableció una norma de corrección donde a las palabras significativas desde el punto de vista de la asignatura se les otorgó puntaje. Se consideraron los sinónimos. El puntaje otorgado fue: entre 10 y 20 sustantivos, adjetivos y verbos significativos ubicados correctamente se les otorgó 4 puntos; entre 21 y 30, 6 puntos; entre 31 y 33, 8 puntos y entre 34 y 36, 10 puntos. En la primera prueba aprobó el 35,20 % y desaprobó el 64,78 %. En la segunda muestra, aprobó el 53,33 %, y desaprobó el 46,66 %. En la tercera aprobó el 73,33 % y desaprobó el 26,66 % de los estudiantes.

In the subject Physiology II, it was decided to take a psychometric test called cloze, which is systematically removing words from a text and evaluate the success that has the reader in their place.
