Remineralización del esmalte con casein fosfato

Abstract

Introducción La caries constituye el mayor problema de salud bucal, siendo diagnosticada luego de la verificación clínica de algún grado de destrucción de la estructura dental sin incorporar ningún tipo de medida preventiva, por lo tanto, es el proceso remineralización y desmineralización los que actúan evitando su instalación. Objetivo analizar la acción del Caseín fosfato sobre la remineralización dentaria, en surcos cariados a través del espectrofotómetro y Edax. Material y métodos Se seleccionaron 90 piezas dentarias permanentes del sector posterior, extraídos por razones ortodóncicas y quirúrgicas,70, fueron sometidas al seccionamiento obteniendo, 140 Unidades experimentales (UE) para ser observadas al microscopio electrónico, siendo 20 piezasdentarias, pulverizadas, para ser analizadas por el espectrofotómetro.

Introduction: Decay is the biggest problem of oral health, being diagnosed after the clinical verification of some degree of destruction of the dental structure without incorporating any type of preventive measure, therefore it is the remineralization and demineralization process that act avoiding its installation. Aim: Analyze the action of Casein phosphate on dental remineralization, in decayed furrows through the spectrophotometer and Edax.Materials and Methods: 90 permanent dental pieces from the posterior sector, extracted for orthodontic and surgical reasons, were selected, 70 were subjected to the sectioning, obtaining 140 experimental units (EU) to be observed under the electron microscopeand the remaining 20 dental pieces were pulverized, to be analyzed by the spectrophotometer.
