Prácticas colectivas en la edición gráfica: La experiencia de Impresopormi: Micropoéticas

Abstract

Este trabajo se inscribe en mi investigación doctoral sobre prácticas colectivas en la gráfica en la ciudad de La Plata, Argentina, en el periodo 1995-2015. En ese marco, en este trabajo se realizará una aproximación a Impresopormi: Micropoéticas, un proyecto que surge en el año 2014 con el objetivo de difundir la producción gráfica contemporánea local en pequeñas ediciones y propiciar la intervención de personas ajenas al circuito de la producción artística en general y de la gráfica en particular. El análisis se centrará en los siguientes ejes: las convocatorias abiertas para la realización y exhibición de diferentes formatos de gráfica editable — libros de artista, fanzines, afiches, entre otros —; la práctica pedagógica — vinculada a la realización de talleres o jornadas de producción colectiva y a la creación de cuadernillos que socializaran saberes y herramientas —; y la conformación e itinerancia del archivo de ediciones, tanto las producidas por Impresopormi como otras que fueron cedidas por artistas o colectivos para integrar la colección. El estudio del proyecto Impresopormi se realizará atendiendo al espíritu colaborativo y de trabajo en red, y su participación en un entramado de experiencias que proponen otros modos de producción y circulación de la gráfica.

This work is a part of my doctoral research on collective practices in printmaking in the city of La Plata, Argentina, between 1995 and 2015. Within this framework, the work will examine Impresopormi: Micropoéticas, a project which began in 2014 with the aim of disseminating local contemporary printmaking production in small editions and encouraging the intervention of people outside the circuit of artistic production in general, and printmaking production in particular. The analysis will focus on a series of axes: the open calls for the creation and exhibition of different editable printmaking formats — artist books, fanzines, posters, among others —; the pedagogical practice — linked to the realization of workshops or events of collective production and the creation of booklets to socialize knowledge and tools —; and the conformation and itinerancy of the archive of editions, both produced by Impresopormi and others that were ceded by artists or collectives to integrate the collection. The study of the Impresopormi project will be carried out by taking into account its spirit of collaboration, and its participation in a network of experiences that introduce other modes of production and circulation of printmaking.
