Assessing in the pandemic context: assessment with-formative
TE & ET; no. 28
Since the ASPO began in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic, the entire educational system had to proceed with a sudden reconfiguration in relation to its enunciative modality, which mutated from presentiality to virtual learning. This resulted in unexpected issues about how to continue with the school cycle that had just started: where and how to continue a link with students, which strategies to develop in these new learning processes, how to guarantee education in disadvantaged sectors without access to connectivity. These were, among others, questions that mobilized teachers, pedagogues and officials of the current educational policy in search of provisional solutions. However, one of these questions turned out to be more complicated: how to evaluate and verify that students achieved significant learning in this new context. In this way, the aim of this paper is to make a review of what it implied to evaluate in pandemic, based on the results of three surveys of teachers and students that were part of the provincial and national educational system during the first semester of 2020, and then propose some guiding responses that include the joint action of both educational actors: with-formative evaluation.

Assessment of learning in a pandemic period
TE & ET; no. 28
In March 2020, the Argentine government declared an indefinite quarantine after the appearance of the COVID-19 virus that affects all sectors of society and of which nothing was known to be able to mitigate its actions. The confinement situation led to the suspension of all face-to-face activities, and virtual actions were immediately proposed as an alternative. Argentina enters a general state of emergency, closing all public institutions, schools, clubs, banks, shops, and public hospitals being the main institution that should serve the population affected by this unknown disease. In a hurry, the educational activity began to work in a virtual way, teachers and students had to incorporate the use of web and mobile applications, which facilitated social and educational encounters, content distribution, information exchange, etc. A 100% virtual training emerges, without face-to-face support, thus hoping to overcome the situation of social distancing as a result of the pandemic. In this work we propose to detail the process of evaluating learning in the development of our professional practice under this new scenario. The work was implemented during 2020 in the subjects Introduction to Computer Science and Procedural Programming of the Programmer Analyst and Systems Engineering careers taught at the Faculty of Engineering of the UNLPam.

Teacher training for remote university education: new opportunities in times of emergency
TE & ET; no. 28
The emergency confinement due to Covid-19 pandemic, faced universities with the challenge of performing their duties remotely to guarantee academic continuity. A large proportion of university faculty did not have previous systematic training in online education, showed resistance to the incorporation of technologies or did it reinforcing teaching practices based on information transmission. This scenario required the development of teacher training strategies that anticipated the immediate transfer of learnings to create good remote teaching practices. This work shares a possible approach to training university faculty in remote teaching, based on a comprehensive perspective of the online teaching process. The pedagogical criteria with which the training was designed is specified and a characterization of the focus of each formative action is undertaken. These formative actions include: a) techno pedagogical processes, b) teaching autonomy in the management of technological resources, c) student active participation in synchronous activities. Finally, the impact of its implementation is analysed and general considerations towards benefiting from this unique opportunity to forward teacher training in the use of technology in education beyond the current context is made.

Esta nueva forma de enseñanza puesta en práctica debido a la situación sanitaria particular, nos abre un abanico de posibilidades, incluyendo la posible implementación de una cursada bimodal.; In March 2020, in the context of the pandemic produced by the covid-19 outbreak that also affected higher education, using the Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) to resolve the situation. In this work, the responses of first-year students of annual course, of the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Museum-UNLP, to the survey carried out at the end of the course, are analyzed. This analysis allows us to know the perceptions they had during the course in virtual mode, since, being the first time of this experience, it is important to know the opinions that allow us to improve teaching practices. This new form of teaching put into practice due to the particular health situation opens up a range of possibilities, including the possible implementation of a bimodal course.

In March 2020, in the context of the pandemic produced by the covid-19 outbreak that also affected higher education, using the Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) to resolve the situation. The impact, which caused the adjustment to virtuality, had obstacles and difficulties, as well as challenges and new competences, for teachers and students. This new form of teaching put into practice due to the particular health situation opens up a range of possibilities, including the possible implementation of a bimodal course.</dc:description>

The pedagogical meeting. In search of mediations that enhance presences
TE & ET; no. 28
This text proposes to reflect on the pedagogical meeting in its possibilities of enhancing the effective presence and participation of those who go through an educational experience. The analysis contemplates a chair experience in university teacher training and other experiences carried out during Social, Preventive and Compulsory Isolation (ASPO) in the school year 2020 at the crossroads of research results carried out in the 2015-2019 period. It seeks to account for those meanings that the subjects identify as enhancers of the continuity of school work in a diversity of experiences and contexts of production of teaching practices. The diversity of experiences shows in common that the subjective implication and the motivation for being part of it are closely related to the possibility of feeling moved by what the event gives us to think and feel about oneself and of the world. That is, taking note of the alteration and transformation of oneself and the environment that is made possible in and from experience, producing psychic, subjective and political effects.

Impact of COVID-19 on Argentine university teachers: change of practices, difficulties and increased stress
TE & ET; no. 28
The COVID-19 pandemic has caused profound changes throughout society. Because of the isolation measures adopted, the entire educational system based mainly on the face-to-face modality, has been forced to continue the teaching and learning process virtually. However, most of the teachers were not prepared for this abrupt change. Many had to acquire knowledge about the use of technologies and pedagogical approaches to carry out their activities, with a further increase of their workload. In this pandemic situation, other tasks related to home care and care of dependents have also been added. In this context, this article shows the results of an investigation carried out with Argentine university professors, whose objective was to understand the stress factors related to the abrupt changes in their teaching practices as a result of the pandemic's conditions. The results we obtained show a significant increase in the perception of stress in the work conditions under pandemic and a high rate of difficulties in the use of technological tools and methodologies, to go from face-to-face to virtual classes, despite the fact that most of the people surveyed have computer skills.

Teachers' preparation status in virtual learning environments in times of covid-19
TE & ET; no. 28
It is necessary to strengthen the continuous training of university teachers oriented to Virtual Learning Environments (VLE), as a way to provide a solution to the continuity of the academic year in times of COVID-19. The objective is to diagnose the state of the preparation of teachers, on issues related to VLE. An exploratory study was carried out at the University of Medical Sciences of Sancti Spíritus during the years 2020 and 2021, using the respective theoretical, empirical and statistical-mathematical methods. The theoretical study and empirical exploration allowed to identify legal information that supports continuous training, absence of training activities in AVA, corroborating the inexistence of a continuous training process aimed at training teachers, being insufficient the use of the virtual platform, the methodological activities that promote the use of VLEs, teacher competencies and the verification of the preparation of teachers in VLE. It is concluded that the training actions in VLE, the perception of the need for use, the use in pedagogical practice and the technological culture in teachers are insufficient, which puts at risk the execution of the academic course assisted by VLE, in times of COVID-19.

Collaborative work with higher education teachers to migrate teaching to digital formats within COVID19 context
TE & ET; no. 28
This collaborative work took place through actions that included, among other, an initial survey to register teachers´concerns about the process of virtualization, based on their experience during the first semester in pandemia. Survey’s results were used as input to create workshops for teachers at the School of Economics that looked for attending the emergent concerns. These workshops focused on strategies to scaffold first year students' experience during virtualization; the possibilities of technological mediation of disciplinary content/ learning activities and virtual evaluation. The guidelines that oriented workshops design are related to the potential of TIC to mediate educational processes, the synchronous and asynchronous modes of teaching as a continuum that supports interactions and scalffolding and to re-think about the relationship between teaching and evaluation. This paper presents the results of the initial survey; the guidelines from a socio constructivist perspective that were used to create the workshops as well as the subjects and orientations addressed.

Mathematics and remote learning: perceptions of high school students
TE & ET; no. 28
Por fim, 91,4% destacaram preferir o ensino presencial.; The COVID-19 pandemic was a complicated process and, specifically, for education. This research project was conceived before our research group became aware of the Coronavirus pandemic that was to loom over our planet. Constituting transitionality and become: virtualization of the educational space, questions and strategies from a creative thinking
TE & ET; no. 28
The effects of the socio-cultural transformations-product of the conditions installed by the declaration of the pandemic due to the COVID 19 outbreak- challenge us from the most diverse strategies that we implement for the purposes of the continuation of the projects. Digital approaches accompany our renewed teaching task within a new world, a different configuration of reality, and a renewed technological approach and leadership. The educational paradigm of the face-to-face, replaced by a virtuality in the making, provokes a satiety of immediate response as useful tools for the continuity of the processes, however, we need to debate. The bet is to be able to assimilate the radical modification in our teaching practices and vital reformulations, in a re-thinking to represent this exercise of dimensioning the other and the pedagogical act: a constitution in the “transitionality and becoming” of teaching and learning. In this context of crisis, and positioned from the contributions of leading psychoanalytic thinkers, we will investigate questions about creativity put into play in current transformations, the coordinates in which our experiences with virtualized education are reconfigured as subjective processes involved in the pedagogical field and the inherent conceptions of subjectivity, from the mental health paradigm.

Reflections on the teaching proposals in the context of the pandemic
TE & ET; no. 28
In this work we will try to capture, actions and reflections, that summon us in our teaching task, before, during and thinking about a time after the Pandemic that is going through us as Humanity. Our starting point rests on a critical view of pedagogy. As university teachers, from a public university (UNLP) and at the secondary level, we propose review the established truths about our practices, and question our objectives, and position, accepting, also, the challenge of inclusion in this frame. Working in relation to teaching with Information and Communication Technologies (TIC´s) has been part of our task for several years. That the use of TIC´s has not been disruptive in our work, has allowed us to think about it not from an urgency, but from the logic that it promotes and the teaching proposal that underlies it. We will start from some theoretical reflections, to later develop our experience. We will share our work, concerns, questions, this time doubles the uncertainty and the need to define everything that was our certainties. That is why this space, more than answers, seeks to propose questions, opens proposals so that we can build together.

Scientific publications of Latin American countries on education before the COVID-19. Systematic review
TE & ET; no. 28
This systematic review of literature was conducted aiming to describe the scientific production of Latin American countries on Education in times of COVID-19 pandemic published in SciELO. Search and inclusion criteria were established to ensure that the evidence to be analyzed really responded to the proposed objective, thus eliminating possible biases. In the initial search, 85 results were obtained. Then, the screening process began, strictly following the corresponding protocols to obtain the analyzable evidence (n=14). Quantitative analysis was performed for the bibliometric characterization of the evidence. Secondly, qualitative analysis of the content was achieved to detect the categories according to the patterns observed in the articles. The quantitative analysis showed trends in type of study, country, and language. Brazil stood out in terms of the number of publications. 50% of the articles were published in journals indexed on Scopus. The qualitative analysis allowed the identification of two categories: teaching (which presented two subcategories) and management. The conclusion is that scientific production is low and that it is necessary to expand the number and variables of study in order to document the Latin American experience in education in the face of the pandemic.

Teaching in times of pandemic: reflections to rethink schools in the digital age
TE & ET; no. 28
According to the perspectives of various educators, this crisis context should be understood as an opportunity to rethink the relationship between teaching practices and technologies. However, it is considered that the challenge is greater given that the conceptual foundations of the creation of digital platforms force us to work the relationship with knowledge in a different way than what is taking place because they promote intercreativity, They work from collective intelligence and are established on the principle of participation architecture. In this sense, it is essential to rethink the vertical hegemonic model of the teaching-learning processes to give rise to the creation of collaborative curricular developments between students and teachers that promote meaningful learning. However, there is still a strong resistance to abandon encyclopedism and include ICTs beyond its instrumentality. The Covid-19 pandemic and the blended learning at higher education
TE & ET; no. 28
This paper analyzes the consequences that the Covid-19 pandemic has generated in university life. Remote literacy at the beginning of primary school. An analysis of proposals published by the province of Buenos Aires in Argentina
TE & ET; no. 28
On March 16th, the Argentine national government suspended face-to-face classes at all levels of education due to the health emergency caused by COVID-19. Then, as a result of this, a process to develop teaching materials to accompany remote learning was initiated. Each provincial jurisdiction took its own initiative based on the concern for suitability to local contexts. Statistical reports conducted at the national level show a huge inequality in the provision of technological resources to support educational activity. One of the most widely used distance learning resources is jurisdictional teaching materials, especially in the most vulnerable households. These jurisdictional materials allow an approximation to some of the ways in which they conceive the contents are conceived, their teaching and their learning in terms of distance education. The analysis carried out on the materials produced for the area Language Arts of the Province of Buenos Aires will be presented, focusing on the contents involved and the reading situations oriented towards literacy at the beginning of primary schooling.

The analysis carried out on the materials produced for the area Language Arts of the Province of Buenos Aires will be presented, focusing on the contents involved and the reading situations oriented towards literacy at the beginning of primary schooling.</dc:description>
