<description>Articulo
Económica; vol. 11, no. 33
The study of the economic systems based on the analysis of the typical estructures of a region, will allow improve the disposition of economic policy inspired in a sounder and deeper knowledge of the economic schemas of the region. &#13;
The Argentine Northwestern Region, limited after rational criterium can be estudied in its structure because of the diversity of elements which give that territory its particular appearance and definition. &#13;
On account of the conclusions of this research, and particularly with the aid of the economic systematic of Sombart and Wagemann, it is possible to conclude definitely to the coexistence of four principal groups of economic systems:  1. The precapitalist autosufficiency system which, covers the main part of this area in two wide parallel bands; &#13;
2. The traditional system of the rural economy of traffic, net to the former; &#13;
3. The system of economy artisan another precapitalist type of which settles over the autskiot districts; &#13;
4. The capitalist system according to Sombart reducet from its surface statement to the central forms of the regional expansion

<title>Reflexiones en torno a las dinámicas de Domar y Harrod</title>

<description>Articulo
Económica; vol. 11, no. 33
In the type of keynesian analysis the productive capacity is a constant, and therefore the problems derived from obtaining an equilibrium between the global supply (offer) and the global demand, even when they may be difficult to solve, specially to obtain the best levels of occupation of the productive factors, once the solutions are obtained, Hill be permanent. &#13;
In exchange, in the dynamic analysis of Domar and Harrod, the problem will be repeated constantly, due to the modification of the productive capacity of the system. The income and the investment, in the search for equilibrium, ought to increase permanently at a fixed rate, determined by the product of the propensity to save and the productivity of the capital. This will be the proportional growth. &#13;
The same analysis can be applied to the problems of non proportional growth: cyclical and "secular". With reference to the later it can be suggestively observed that the problems of high development appear to be solutions of under development and vice-versa.

<title>Una nota sobre integraciones económicas</title>
<link>http://sedici.unlp.edu.ar:80/handle/10915/8935</link>
<description>Articulo
Económica; vol. 11, no. 33
A regional integration, to be politically acceptable must lead to "strictly superior situation" (in which the average income of all members increase) in the paretian sense. To reach that objective the "increment effect" (increment of the aggregate income) that every integration brings with it, must compensate amply the "redistribution effect" (equalization price factors). &#13;
In the case of a "net redistributive effect" (i.e. in case the increment effect be not sufficient to compensate the redistribution effect, which is a condition for attaining a "strictly superior situation" which is the objective) a situation compatible, with a regional liberalization would be the creation of a compensation fund. &#13;
Such a fund would be formed with the increments of average income of the participants, attributable to the integration and destined: &#13;
1) to compensate the reductions of average income which some of the participants would experience; &#13;
2) realization of investments of common benefit and high priority for purposes of regional development
