<title>El principio clásico del "equilibrio del presupuesto" y su evolución ante las modernas concepciones de la hacienda pública</title>
<link>http://sedici.unlp.edu.ar:80/handle/10915/8940</link>
<description>Articulo
Económica; vol. 11, no. 34
The debate regarding ideal standards for the public budget will be unending, as long as the basic economy remains essentially capitalistic. &#13;
Since the J. M. KEYNES theory, two opinions have become predominant; the orthodox thesis, which sees in the equilibrium of the budget the foundation of all desirable financial politics and the new concepts contained there in above all exalting the idea of full employment, and side tracking the budget equilibrium in times of depression, in merit of the transcendence of the other factors of social and political character. &#13;
In final conclusion it will be agreed, that the fiscal political resources, conceived by the doctrine and confirmed by practice, are but the first defensive line in the protection fluctuations. There will be positive results once there is an assurance of both fiscal and monetary policy, without a change in the political system, converting into models of supreme and indeclinable value, economic freedom and free enterprise.

<title>Cambio tecnológico y crecimiento económico</title>
<link>http://sedici.unlp.edu.ar:80/handle/10915/8939</link>
<description>Articulo
Económica; vol. 11, no. 34
The work consists of three parts, i.e.: introduction, typology of the technological change, and study of the innovation in postkeynesian models. &#13;
In the introduction, is analyzed the role of technology in the dynamics of the classics Mark, Schumpeter, Hansen, etc. &#13;
Later on, and aiming to get a theoretical basis for the understanding of the innovational dynamism, the contributions of Hicks, Robinson and Harrod on this matter, are studied. &#13;
The study culminates with the treatment of the postkeynesian models of Meade, Solow and Harrod. Studying this last model, emphasize is made on the supposed dissociation between the natural and the warranted rate. It pretends to demonstrate that with a function of lineal and homogeneous production, normal isoquantas, elasticity of unitarian substitution, and a constant capital coefficient (neutral innovation), such dissociation does not exist, and that rupture problems in the way of balanced expansion, will appear in the measure in which the type of innovational dynamism changes, or by divergences between the actual and warranted rate of growth.

<title>Costos privados y costos sociales</title>
<link>http://sedici.unlp.edu.ar:80/handle/10915/8938</link>
<description>Articulo
Económica; vol. 11, no. 34
The individual economic units, are the sources of trade and service of an economic region and part of the total cost to supply same is upheld by third parties, the latter non-participants in the production process. This being the motive for the numerous problems made manifest in the differentiation between social production costs and private production costs. &#13;
He endeavours to establish his definition by means of a synthesis of the basic concepts of LAUSCHMANN and analyzes the possibilities of the causal relations which he classifies and of which he considers of important only three, to which he limits his analysis. &#13;
Dealing with the most important, he concentrates on the analysis of between one and other, with view to determining how they may be registered, measured and eliminated or neutralized by economic means. The matter is illustrated by examples taken from the German Federal Republic experience.
