Abstract

A partir de la implementación de una Reforma Curricular en el año 1994, la Facultad de Odontología de la Universidad Nacional de La Plata se encuentra organizada en torno a un modelo que transformó profundamente las prácticas institucionales de enseñanza y aprendizaje, y consecuentemente el proyecto de formación de los futuros profesionales. Estas transformaciones, implican un replanteo del rol docente que las acompañe y que sólidamente institucionalizadas se basan en valoraciones, hábitos, creencias y modos de comportamiento que han sido consolidados por el accionar y la experiencia que el docente ha desarrollado en la institución educativa.

These transformations imply a rethinking of the teaching role that accompanies them and that, solidly institutionalized, are based on evaluations, habits, beliefs and modes of behavior that have been consolidated by the actions and experience that the teacher has developed in the educational institution.
