Los consultorios jurídicos gratuitos como garantes de la igualdad ante la ley

Abstract

El presente estudio examina el papel de los consultorios jurídicos gratuitos como garantes de la igualdad ante la ley. A través del análisis de las teorías de Manuel Atienza, Jhon Rawls y Ronald Dworkin, se destaca la importancia de estos consultorios en la promoción de un acceso equitativo a la justicia para todos los ciudadanos, independientemente de su nivel socioeconómico. El objetivo general es analizar el papel de los consultorios jurídicos gratuitos en Argentina como promotores del acceso a la justicia y garantes de la igualdad ante la ley. A través de este análisis, se busca comprender el impacto y la efectividad de estos consultorios en el contexto argentino y su contribucción a la construcción de una sociedad más justa y equitativa. Por lo cual, luego del exhaustivo análisis filósofico - jurídico, se concluye resaltando la relevancia de seguir apoyando y fortaleciendo estos espacios para lograr una sociedad más igualitataria y justa.

This study examines the role of free legal clinics as guarantors of equality before the law. Through the analysis of the theories of Manuel Atienza, John Rawls and Ronald Dworkin, the importance of these clinics in promoting equal access to justice for all citizens, regardless of their socioeconomic level, is highlighted. The general objective is to analyze the role of free legal clinics in Argentina as promoters of access to justice and guarantors of equality before the law. Through this analysis, we seek to understand the impact and effectiveness of these clinics in the Argentine context and their contribution to the construction of a more just and equitable society. Therefore, after the exhaustive philosophical-legal analysis, it is concluded by highlighting the relevance of continuing to support and strengthen these spaces to achieve a more egalitarian and just society.
