O ciberativismo na construção da ciberdemocracia: análise do portal wikicidade de Porto Alegre

Abstract

O presente artigo pretende analisar o wikimapa de Porto Alegre como ferramenta na construção da ciberdemocracia. A partir da análise do conteúdo dos posts, da demanda de direitos e serviços e a articulação da sociedade civil, se pretende definir o conceito do ciberativismo na construção de uma democracia renovada, a ciberdemocracia. A capacidade de articulação, reunião de conhecimentos, ressoar de novas ideias, acoplamentos e libertação de movimentos e palavras amplificam uma esfera pública inovadora, a noopolitik, que por meio do ciberespaço inclui várias vozes e temas nos processos decisórios. O governo eletrônico responsivo às manifestações e articulações da sociedade em rede poderá construir uma verdadeira colaboração com a sociedade, a ciberdemocracia.
