The application of M. Obukhov’s hypothesis constitutes the main basis of the studies concerning the characteristics of turbulence in the atmospheric surface layer.
The mentioned hypothesis application is perfomed in the present paper in order to obtain the vertical component of the momentum flux and heat fluxes.
For this purpose, we usé the observational information obtained in stable atmospheric conditions of the Project Prairie Grass carried out in O'Neill, Nebraska (USA) in 1958.
The comparison between the obtained flux magnitudes and those measured or calculated by other methods allows us to establish the goodness, of this process.
