El nombre propio, un significante singular

Abstract

En 1964 Jaques Lacan dicta su seminario: “Problemas Cruciales para el Psicoanálisis”, en el que retoma un tema que había trabajado años atrás: el nombre propio. A partir de una investigación bibliográfica, centrada principalmente en la obra de Lacan entre los años 1961 y 1965, indagaremos sobre la función del nombre propio en el campo del psicoanálisis, distinguiéndola de la del campo de la lingüística.

In 1964 Jacques Lacan offers his seminar: “Crucial Problems for Psychoanalysis”, where he returns to a subject that he had worked with years before, that of the proper name. From a bibliographic investigation, focused mainly on Lacan’s work between 1961 and 1965, we will investigate the function of the proper name in the field of psychoanalysis, distinguishing it from that of the field of linguistics.
