The model that was proposed in paper 1 to describe the heat flux variation in a two solar wind streams interaction region is used to analyze other variables in this kind of phenomena. Therefore a study of the behaviour of the heat flux in the ambient region of the solar wind is needed. The prediction of the proton heating due to the phenomenon of interest is obtained and the approximation degree of the formula is evaluated through satellitary data of the same interaction region analyzed in the previous work. The same is done with the electrons and the result is compared with the ones obtained when using the formulas proposed by another author. Finally, the theoretical and experimental results obtained according to each model are analyzed and its indications to arrive to an adequate description of the solar wind at 1 AU are considered observing that the present paper predicts satisfactorily, the variables studied in the phenomenon of interest.
