This presentation compares the results obtained from the Schwartz Value Scale, the Spielberger‘s State-Trate Anxiety inventory and the CRM Attitude Questionnaire, and also the analysis of direct notes of the Interaction through Participant Observation techniques. In order to settle the importance of the different results for the prevention of air incidents and accidents, we have chosen a representative group of aeronautic Pilots (40) and air evacuation Doctors (8). The general results show that six from the Attitude Predictors for a Good Team Work appear with high punctuation. We have also found a strong influence of the idiosyncratic parameters that determine the Latinamerican organizational culture in the way decisions are made in critical situations of sanitary flights.
