Aportes desde el ejercicio de la función notarial para la incorporación de la variable socio ambiental en la producción agraria

Abstract

Este trabajo tiene como objetivo presentar algunos aportes que pueden realizarse desde el ejercicio de la función notarial para contribuir a la producción sostenible en el ámbito rural, con especial referencia a la normativa y jurisprudencia agraria y ambiental actual de la Provincia de Buenos Aires.

This work seeks to present a number of contributions capable of activation and implementation within the framework of the role, functions and practice of the notary public, towards the furthering of sustainable production in our agricultural sector, with particular reference to the practical and jurisprudential aspects of the existing rural and environmental law in the Province of Buenos Aires.
