The present paper is framed in the investigation project in progress 11J-161 "Who are the users of the justice administration? Measurements of the confident levels. Opinions of the operators in La Plata and Gran La Plata." (2017-2020. FCJYS-UNLP).
In a context of public media questioning about the legitimacy of the justice administration, and its relation with democracy, we bring to the discussion, different voices which come from some lawyers in the six courts of La Plata, about their trust in it. With the purpose of knowing their view points about which are the real problems that they have to deal with -as one aspect of the game they are playing by saying that it is the law in the legal field-.
Taking into account some partial data information we will ponder upon some aspects of the collection instrument and some first reading which look to the relation between the central theoretical concept of trust in justice and the methodology proposed for its measurement.
One of the methodological difficulties was to find some empirical observations to make intelligible the inquires around the trust issue, and its relation to the way in wich justice is administered, the time the process takes, the most important social problems, and the way in which CSJN solved some important cases in the last two years, among others.
