AgEnD: Agility Enhanced Development

Abstract

This paper describes an agile methodology with a strong emphasis towards peopleware and knowledge management. The methodology, called AgEnD, enables frequent deliveries, customer satisfaction, and quality products. The process achieves agility by creating strong team dynamics, allowing people to fully develop their skills. The principles embedded in AgEnD are but the faithful reflection of those best practices comprising the body of knowledge of software engineering.
