Objetivo general: Destacar la importancia de preservar piezas dentarias en pacientes adolescentes mediante un abordaje endo-restaurador integral que asegure función, estética y durabilidad, subrayando el rol de la desinfección, el aislamiento absoluto y la reconstrucción adhesiva.

General objective: To highlight the importance of preserving teeth in adolescent patients through an endo-restorative approach that ensures function, esthetics, and durability, emphasizing the role of disinfection, absolute isolation, and adhesive reconstruction.
