The context of the Covid-19 pandemic forced the university educational system for two years to transform its face-to-face classes into virtual classes, through Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). General Objective: To evaluate the attitudes towards the use of ICT in university teachers from the Faculty of Economic and Legal Sciences (FCEyJ) and the Faculty of Psychology (FP) of a private university in Mendoza. Method: to an intentional sample of teachers from different careers of the FCEyJ and the FP, the “Scale to measure the attitudes of university teachers towards the integration of ICT in their teaching activity” was administered (Tejedor, García-Valcárcel and Prada, 2009). Results: in all components of favorable attitudes towards ICT, both FCEyJ and FP teachers expressed “agree”. On the contrary, they “disagreed” regarding unfavorable attitudes towards ICT, in the three components. On average, the cognitive dimension of attitude was the one with the highest score (X=4.19), followed by the behavioral dimension (X=4.12) and the affective dimension (X=3.97). Conclusions: there are no significant differences in attitudes towards ICT between teachers from both faculties.
