Un aporte radiológico de un quiste dentígero

Abstract

Objetivos: Describir las características clínicas y radiográficas de un caso de un quiste dentígero mediante una tomografía volumétrica (CBCT). Destacar la importancia del diagnóstico por imágenes en la identificación, delimitación y planificación del tratamiento. Resaltar el valor del análisis tridimensional para evaluar la relación del quiste con estructuras anatómicas.

Objectives: To describe the clinical and radiographic characteristics of a case of a dentigerous cyst using cone beam computed tomography (CBCT). To highlight the importance of imaging diagnosis in the identification, delimitation, and treatment planning. To emphasize the value of three - dimensional analysis in evaluating the relationship between the cyst and adjacent anatomical structures.
