This article presents the evaluation carried out on the functional prototype of MarCOA, a framework-tool for creating Learning Objects (LOs) that are potentially reusable both pedagogically and technologically. MarCOA is based on the process established by the hybrid CROA methodology and is intended for use by teachers with or without prior knowledge. SCRUM was used as an agile software development methodology, and participatory design strategies, evolutionary prototypes and successive evaluations were applied to build the framework. A participatory workshop was held to present and use the tool, which provided the framework for testing the latest functional prototype. A questionnaire based on the TAM technology acceptance model and a monitoring tool were used as the main instruments for collecting information. The results obtained were very satisfactory, showing technological acceptance of MarCOA and a positive user experience. Finally, the aim is to achieve a stable version of the tool, which includes all the planned functionalities and takes into account the latest contributions collected.
