Peritonitis biliar por colelitiasis con perforación de la vesícula biliar en un perro

Abstract

La colelitiasis es una de las múltiples causas del síndrome de Obstrucción Biliar Ductal Extrahepática (OBDE). Los colelitos son raros en los pequeños animales. Si bien no hay relación con raza y sexo la mayoría de los casos registrados se dieron en animales de más de dos años. En el presente trabajo se describen las características clínicas y métodos complementarios que permitieron llegar al diagnóstico de colelitiasis con ruptura de la vesícula biliar y su posterior resolución quirúrgica.

The cholelitiasis is one of the multiple causes of the syndrome of the Biliar Ductal Extrahepatic Obstruction. Colelitos are strange in the small animals. Although there is not relationship with race and sex most of the registered cases were given in animals of more than two years. In this work the clinical characteristics and complementary methods are described that allowed to arrive to the colelitiasis diagnosis with rupture of the vesicle biliar and their later surgical resolution.
