Subsidiariedad: principio consolidador del sistema de competencias concurrentes mexicano en materia ambiental

Abstract

Esta investigación, tiene como propósito central analizar algunas particularidades, deficiencias y desafíos relativos al sistema de distribución de competencias en nuestro actual régimen federal mexicano, concretamente en materia ambiental. Ello, con la finalidad de seguir en la búsqueda de un diseño institucional más novedoso que permita replantear y consolidar nuestro régimen federal, específicamente, el sistema de competencias concurrentes y, se destaca al principio de subsidiariedad como posible vía para lograrlo.

The main purpose of this research is to analyze some particularities, deficiencies and challenges related to the system of distribution of powers in our current Mexican federal regime, specifically in environmental matters. This, with the aim of continuing in the search for a more innovative institutional design that allows us to rethink and consolidate our federal regime, specifically, the system of concurrent powers, and the subsidiarity principle stands out as a possible way to achieve it.
