Aportes de Melanie Klein al feminismo psicoanalítico de Dorothy Dinnerstein

Abstract

Durante la segunda ola del feminismo varias intelectuales norteamericanas volcaron sus indagaciones teóricas hacia el psicoanálisis. El rasgo distintivo que animó esta aproximación fue el interés por lo que consideramos la ineludible dimensión psicológica de la dominación. Dentro del feminismo psicoanalítico norteamericano de los años 70 existió un claro consenso en Nancy Chodorow y Jessica Benjamin como intelectuales destacadas de este pensamiento feminista. Sin embargo, los aportes arrojados en torno a este tema no han sido ampliamente criticados por otras líneas dentro del campo del feminismo. En este contexto nos interesa recuperar las ideas de Dorothy Dinnerstein. Para ello se realiza una exégesis de textos clásicos para la forma de la autora de la obra de Melanie Klein y, a continuación, se presentan algunas de las dificultades que surgen a la luz de la psicología de Margaret Mahler. Sostenemos que, a nivel teórico, las ideas esbozadas fortalecen las ideas de Dinnerstein. Destacado cuando sus líneas sean objetables desde marcos teóricos y epistémicos contemporáneos, cuando consideramos su pensamiento bajo el horizonte histórico de su época, la potencia de la constitución psíquica a la luz del orden social patriarcal guarda una relevancia y actualidad notable.

During the second wave of feminism, several American intellectuals turned their theoretical research towards psychoanalysis. The distinctive feature that animated this approach was the interest in what we consider the inescapable psychological dimension of domination. Within American psychoanalytic feminism of the 70s, there was a clear consensus in Nancy Chodorow and Jessica Benjamin as prominent intellectuals of this feminist thought. However, the contributions thrown around this issue have not been widely criticized by other lines within the field of feminism. In this context, we are interested in recovering the ideas of Dorothy Dinnerstein. For this, an exegesis of classical texts for the form of the author of the work of Melanie Klein is made and, next, some of the difficulties that arise in the light of the psychology of Margaret Mahler are presented. We maintain that, at the theoretical level, the ideas outlined strengthen Dinnerstein?s ideas. Highlighted when its lines are objectionable from contemporary theoretical and epistemic frameworks, when we consider its thought under the historical horizon of its time, the potency of the psychic constitution in light of the patriarchal social order keeps a remarkable relevance and relevance.
