Los movimientos sociales “nacional populares” en la etapa kirchnerista: una revisión crítica de la bibliografía sobre el período

Abstract

El artículo hace una revisión sobre las explicaciones que desde la producción académica se dio a la relación entre el gobierno de Kirchner y los movimientos sociales “nacional populares” y a su vez plantea algunas críticas y preguntas que surgen de ese análisis. Se intenta cuestionar la principal hipótesis que atraviesa las distintas explicaciones que se asienta en la idea de la cooptación de una parte importante de esas organizaciones populares. De esta forma se propone un recorrido que comienza problematizando los primeros trabajos sobre movimientos sociales y las distintas formas de aproximación al objeto, para luego adentrarnos en analizar cómo las ciencias sociales abordaron la dinámica política en la etapa posterior a 2003. Como cierre se esbozarán algunas reflexiones y se formulan algunas preguntas tendientes a ampliar el espacio temático de estudio resaltando la necesidad de profundizar la mirada desde la problemática de las identidades políticas para responder al interrogante central de cómo explicar la inserción de organizaciones políticas en la gestión de los Gobiernos de Néstor Kirchner y Cristina Fernández.

The article outlines a review of the explanations from the academic production was given to the relationship between the Kirchner government and social movements "national popular" and in turn raises some criticisms and questions that arise from this analysis. It seeks to challenge the main assumptions that goes through the various explanations that are based on the idea of co-optation of an important part of the popular organizations. This suggests a journey that begins by questioning the early work on social movements and the different ways of approaching the object, then get into analyzing how the social sciences addressed the political dynamics in post- 2003. How close will outline some thoughts and ask some questions designed to expand the space theme of study highlighting the need to deepen the view from the problem of political identities in response to the central question of how to explain the inclusion of political organizations in the management of the governments of Nestor Kirchner and Cristina Fernandez.
