Del síntoma social al síntoma analítico

Abstract

Abordar el campo de la salud mental y articularlo con el malestar que presentan los niños de hoy exige, por una parte, definir el concepto de salud mental, sus intersecciones y la lógica que determina sus acciones y, por otra, presentar un recorte de ciertos rasgos de época que permitan vincular los padecimientos subjetivos con el contexto de producción histórico social del malestar. ¿Qué articulación se puede establecer entre las presentaciones sintomáticas actuales y el modo en que vinculan al sujeto con un goce que se sitúa al margen del lazo social y que plantea la exigencia de establecer un artificio discursivo para su abordaje? ¿Cómo responde el campo de la salud mental ante la emergencia de las patologías de modernidad? ¿Cómo implementar un discurso conveniente, en consideración de las nuevas diferencias, propias de la subjetividad moderna? En este artículo, no intentamos agotar estas disquisiciones, que en sí mismas constituyen los fundamentos de un programa de investigación actual, sino más bien tomar algunos elementos que las constituyen para propiciar una instancia inicial de reflexión sobre el tema.

The approach upon the Mental Health field and the articulation of that field with the actual suffering exhibited by children, demands, on one hand, the definition of the Mental Health concept, it’s interactions, and the logic beneath it’s actions, and, on the other hand, the presentation of a delimitation of certain actual features that allow an entailment between subjective suffering and the socio-historical production context of that suffering. ¿What connection can be established between the prevailing symptomatic presentations and the way in which that presentations link the subject with a joy situated outside the social binding that poses the demand of establishing a discursive craft for it’s boarding? ¿How does the Mental Health ield answers upon the emergence of pathologies of modernity? ¿How can we implement a convenient discourse, in consideration of the novel differencies that characterize the modern subjectivity? In this article, we do not intend to exhaust this disquisitions, that constitute themselves the foundations of an investigation program, but to relate some of the topics inside them to propitiate an inicial stage of relexion on the subject.
