El lugar del analista en la construcción del caso: los efectos de la transferencia en la joven homosexual

Abstract

El interrogante por el lugar del analista en la construcción del caso, retoma los debates en torno a la objetividad y subjetividad. La construcción del caso, no es independiente de la posición del analista y sus intervenciones pero con asiento en la singularidad del decir del analizante. En este sentido, no habría construcción del caso por fuera de la transferencia. Esta problemática acerca del lugar del analista y la transferencia en la construcción de casos, ha sido considerada por Freud a lo largo de su obra, en diferentes historiales clínicos. En ese trabajo retomaremos el caso de la Joven homosexual para analizarlo a la luz de los efectos de la transferencia. Pondremos el acento en la posición de Freud que sin cuestionar la demanda del padre, e identificado con éste, precipitó el fin del tratamiento. Nos serviremos para esto del historial freudiano y de la biografía de la paciente. Nos adentraremos en la lectura que realiza Lacan del caso, para presentar la concepción de la transferencia en relación al objeto a así como también una crítica a la posición freudiana en este tratamiento, que lo conduce al fracaso.

The question for the analyst’s place in the construction of the case, takes the debates about objectivity and subjectivity. The construction of the case, is not independent of the position of the analyst and interventions but based in the uniqueness of the analysand say. In this regard, there would be outside of the case construction of the transfer. This issue about the place of the analyst and the transfer in building cases, has been considered by Freud throughout his work in different medical histories. In that work we will resume the case of the Young homosexual to analyze it in the light of the effects of the transfer. We will put the emphasis on Freud’s position that without questioning the demand of the father, and identified with it, precipitated the end of treatment. We will use for this the Freudian history and biography of the patient. We will go on reading that makes Lacan of the case, to present the concept of transfer in relation to the object as well as a critique of Freud’s position in this treatment, which leads him to failure.
