Ecos de la disputa del antisemitismo en la filosofía jurídico-política de Hernann Cohen

Abstract

En este trabajo intento mostrar que la idea del Estado que Cohen defiende se funda enla integracion de las tradiciones judia y alemana. En primer lugar, analizo la tesis deCohen respecto de la influencia mutua de las dos culturas a lo largo de la historiaalemana, expuesta en su conferencia Deutschtum und Judentum (1915). Finalmente intentomostrar la presencia de esta tesis en las ideas de la autoconciencia y del Estado de laEthik des reinen Willens. In this paper I try to show that the idea of the state, that Cohen defends, is based in the integration of the jewish and german traditions. In the first place, I analyze the thesis of the mutual influence of the two cultures along the german history, exposed in his conference Deutschtum und Judentum (1915). Finally, I try to show the presence ot these thesis in the ideas of the selfconciousness and of the state of the Ethik des reinen Willens.
