Análise da gestáo e operacáo de sistemas de bombeamento fotovoltaico no semiárido brasileiro

Abstract

Este trabalho apresenta resultados de pesquisas de campo em diversas localidades do Semiárido brasileiro onde foram instalados Sistemas de Bombeamento Fotovoltaico (SBFs). Por meio da observado in loco, de questionários e entrevistas com liderangas e usuários, foram coletados dados relacionados com a operagáo e gestáo desses sistemas. Com base nos dados obtidos, o presente artigo tem como objetivo mostrar os principáis entraves ao sucesso dos SBFs instalados nessa regiao. Adicionalmente, utilizando a literatura referente a projetos similares implantados em diversos países, se discutem as possíveis formas de superar essas barreiras.

This work presents results of field research in ressarce various localities of the Brazilian semiarid region, where PV pumping systems (PVPSs) are installed. Through on-site observation, questionnaires and interviews with leaders and usuries, we collected data related to the operation and management of these systems. Based on these data, this article aims to show the main obstacles to the success of PVPSs installed in this region. In addition, using the literature on similar projects implemented in various countries, we discuss possible ways to overcome these barriers. Therefore, it was found that the initiatives carried out in the Brazilian semiarid did not provide adequate conditions for a wide dissemination of PVPSs due to flaws in the institutional arrangements forimplementation and management, especially for not considering ways to allow the autonomy of these communities after leaving of intervening agents.
