Liderazgo directivo en el desempeño docente de la educación básica regular en los años 2014 al 2019

Abstract

El objetivo del presente trabajo de investigación “Liderazgo directivo en el desempeño docente en la Educación Básica Regular en los años 2014 al 2019”, fue analizar la incidencia del liderazgo directivo en el desempeño docente. La metodología utilizada se cimienta en la revisión sistemática de artículos científicos, para ello se realizó una investigación de tipo básica, donde se empleó un diseño no experimental descriptivo de corte transversal y enfoque cuantitativo. Se utilizó una población conformada por un total de 79 artículos científicos de revistas indexadas en español e inglés de los últimos 6 años, mientras que la muestra estuvo representada por 26 de ellas; y la razón de esta decisión responde al interés investigativo y a la naturaleza del problema de investigación. Así mismo los datos fueron recogidos a través de los buscadores REDALYC, SCIELO, DIALNET, EBSCO, LATINDEX, BASE, Semantic Scholar y Google académico. Los resultados de la investigación muestran que el 100% de artículos científicos indican estadísticamente que el liderazgo directivo incide positiva y significativamente en el desempeño docente tal como lo demuestra la hipótesis.

The objective of this research work "Management leadership in teacher performance in Regular Basic Education in the years 2014 to 2019", was to analyze the incidence of management leadership in teacher performance. The methodology used is based on the systematic review of scientific articles, for which a basic type investigation was carried out, where a non-experimental descriptive cross-sectional design and quantitative approach were used. A population made up of a total of 79 scientific articles from journals indexed in Spanish and English from the last 6 years was used, while the sample was represented by 26 of them; and the reason for this decision responds to the research interest and the nature of the research problem. Likewise, the data was collected through the REDALYC, SCIELO, DIALNET, EBSCO, LATINDEX, BASE, Semantic Scholar and academic Google search engines. The results of the research show that 100% of scientific articles statistically indicate that executive leadership positively and significantly affects teacher performance, as shown by the hypothesis.
