Lecturas clínicas del superyó en la reacción terapéutica negativa

Abstract

Este trabajo se enmarca en el proyecto de investigación “Clínica de la reacción terapéutica negativa en psicoanálisis: resortes, estructura, ética”, que se lleva a cabo en la Facultad de Psicología de la Universidad Nacional de La Plata. En esta oportunidad, nuestra línea de investigación se particulariza en la articulación entre la reacción terapéutica negativa y el superyó. Así, efectuamos algunos desarrollos sobre el concepto de reacción terapéutica negativa y los planteos freudianos que la enmarcan como una de las resistencias mayores en la prosecución de un análisis. En este punto, recortamos una indicación de Freud: “desmontar poco a poco ese superyó hostil”. Esto nos llevó a investigar las formas de operar ante el superyó desde el psicoanálisis, que intentamos además pensar en relación a algunas viñetas clínicas. Abordamos esta referencia sirviéndonos del marco teórico del psicoanálisis freudiano y lacaniano así como de algunos autores del llamado postfreudismo. La metodología utilizada es el rastreo bibliográfico de los conceptos nombrados, así como de las propuestas clínicas que pueden encontrarse en estos autores. En la conclusión cotejamos las distintas posiciones que explícita o implícitamente se encuentran en las fuentes estudiadas.

This work is part of the research project “Clinic of the negative therapeutic reaction in psychoanalysis: springs, structure, ethics”, which is developed in the Faculty of Psychology of the National University of La Plata. On this occasion, our line of research focuses on the articulation between the negative therapeutic reaction and the superego. Thus, we carry out some developments on the concept of negative therapeutic reaction and the Freudian proposals that locate it as one of the greatest resistances in the continuation of an analysis. At this point, we take note of an indication of Freud: “little by little disassemble that hostile superego”. This led us to investigate the ways in psychoanalysis of operate with the superego, which we also try to deliberate in relation to some clinical vignettes. We work on this reference using the theoretical framework of Freudian and Lacanian psychoanalysis as well as some authors of the so-called post-Freudianism. The methodology used is the bibliographic search of the named concepts, as well as the clinical proposals that can be found in these authors. In the conclusion we compare the different positions that are explicitly or implicitly appear in the sources studied.
