Lo terapéutico en psicoanálisis

Abstract

El presente trabajo se enmarca en una investigación en curso que se titula “Clínica de la Reacción Terapéutica Negativa en Psicoanálisis: resortes, estructura y ética” (S074). Es en el contexto de dicha investigación que surge el interés preliminar de abordar el problema de lo terapéutico en Psicoanálisis para, en una segunda etapa, poder precisar el problema de la Reacción Terapéutica Negativa. Deslindar lo terapéutico de una cura analítica permitirá ubicar como central la lectura en torno a los efectos, que no se reducen a los resultados de la aplicación de una técnica. Partiendo de esa premisa rastrearemos a partir de la letra de Sigmund Freud y otros autores del campo del Psicoanálisis el alcance de dicha afirmación. Por último, pero no menos importante, la pregunta sobre lo terapéutico entraña un eje central respecto de la posición del analista, costado que habremos de profundizar luego respecto de la denominada Reacción Terapéutica Negativa. Por ende, localizaremos el costado del deseo del analista y su diferencia con el “querer curar”.

This work is part of an ongoing investigation entitled “Clinic of Negative Therapeutic Reaction in Psychoanalysis: springs, structure and ethics” (S074). It is in the context of this research that the preliminary interest arises in addressing the problem of therapeutics in Psychoanalysis in order, in a second stage, to be able to specify the problem of the Negative Therapeutic Reaction. Delimiting what is therapeutic from an analytical cure will make it possible to place as central the reading around the effects, which are not reduced to the results of the application of a technique. Starting from this premise, we will trace the scope of this affirmation reading the letter of Sigmund Freud and other authors in the field of Psychoanalysis. Last but not least, the question about the therapeutic entails a central axis regarding the position of the analyst, a point that we will have to deepen later regarding the so-called Negative Therapeutic Reaction. Therefore, we will locate the side of the analyst’s desire and its difference with “wanting to cure”.
