Evaluación de tres jardines maternales municipales en la ciudad de Neuquén

Abstract

En el verano del año 2020 se auditaron tres jardines maternales de gestión municipal en la ciudad de Neuquén, con financiamiento de un proyecto Euroclima+. Su construcción corresponde a tres períodos históricos de los ´50 al 2000. Se instaló instrumental automático por 7 días para monitorizar el comportamiento higrotérmico interior y exterior y se registraron consumos de energía eléctrica y gas natural. Fue objetivo, el conocimiento del comportamiento y eficiencia energética de edificios de gestión municipal. Se presentan los resultados obtenidos y recomendaciones de diseño con fines de rehabilitación.

In the summer of the year 2020 three maternal municipal management gardens were audited in the city of Neuquén, with financing of an Euroclima+project. Its construction corresponds to three historical periods of the ´50 to 2000. Automatic instruments were installed for 7 days to monitor the internal and exterior hygrothermal behavior and consumption of electricity and natural gas were recorded. It was objective, the knowledge of the behavior and energy efficiency of municipal management buildings. The results obtained and design recommendations are presented for rehabilitation purposes.
