La fobia en la última enseñanza de Lacan: ¿síntoma o sinthome?

Abstract

En la actualidad la clínica nos confronta a distintas presentaciones signadas por la angustia. Sin embargo, la explicación de los síntomas fóbicos en adultos, que aparecen en contexto de variadas estructuras clínicas dentro del campo de la neurosis y psicosis, encuentra dificultades. Con frecuencia tropezamos con presentaciones del malestar organizadas por la angustia y fobias de gran estabilidad y duración en el tiempo. Nos preguntamos ¿Cuál es la función de síntoma fóbico? En este trabajo nos ocuparemos de precisar las relaciones de oposición y articulación del síntoma fóbico como metáfora y nominación contraponiendo dos clínicas, la estructural y la borromea. Asimismo, nos serviremos del fragmento de un caso clínico para pensar las funciones de la fobia como síntoma y sinthome. Esta exploración nos conducirá a concluir que la función de la angustia y fobias de gran estabilidad y duración es la de constituir un anudamiento subjetivo producido por el sinthome.

At present the clinic confronts us to different presentations marked by the anguish. However, the explanation of the symptoms fóbicos in adults, which appear in the context of varied clinical structures within the field of the neurosis and psychosis, encounter difficulties. Often we stumble with presentations of the malaise organized by the anguish and phobias of great stability and duration in time. We wonder what is the role of symptom phobic? In this work we will clarify the relationship of opposition and articulation of the symptom phobic as a metaphor and nomination juxtaposing two clinics, structural policies and the borromea. We also serve the fragment of a clinical case for thinking about the functions of the phobia as a symptom and sinthome. This exploration will lead us to conclude that the function of the anguish and phobias of great stability and duration is to constitute a knotting subjective produced by the sinthome.
