Género e infancia su intersección en los hogares residenciales de niñeces sin cuidado parental

Abstract

El presente escrito pretende aportar reflexiones en torno a la intersección infancia y género, a partir de una lectura de documentos y entrevistas a personal que trabaja en instituciones del sistema de protección integral de infancia en provincia de Buenos Aires. El interés está focalizado en profundizar el análisis del campo de las infancias, (Bustelo 2011) y discutir acerca del atravesamiento de la perspectiva de género, presente o no, en las prácticas institucionales de hogares alternativos al cuidado familiar de niñxs y adolescentes sin cuidado parental. Buscamos explorar acera de la correspondencia entre derecho legislado y prácticas implementadas, en términos de acceso a derechos y producción de la subjetividad. Estos interrogantes surgen por el avance en materia de derechos ante el reconocimiento social y legal en la Ley Nacional de Identidad de Género y su articulación con el enfoque integral que promueve la Ley de promoción y protección integral de niños niña y adolescente de la Provincia de Buenos Aires.

This paper aims to provide reflections on the intersection of childhood and gender, based on a reading of documents and interviews with personnel who work in institutions of the comprehensive child protection system in the province of Buenos Aires. The interest is focused on deepening the analysis of the childhood field (Bustelo 2011) and discussing about the crossing of the gender perspective, present or not, in the institutional practices of alternative homes to family care for children and adolescents without parental care . We seek to explore the correspondence between legislated law and implemented practices, in terms of access to rights and production of subjectivity. These questions arise from the progress in the area of rights in the face of social and legal recognition in the National Law of Gender Identity and its articulation with the comprehensive approach promoted by the Law of promotion and comprehensive protection of children and adolescents of the Province of Buenos Aires.
