Incidencia de las significaciones imaginarias sociales en profesionales de hospitales públicos sobre el acceso a la parentalidad en familias LGTBQI+

Abstract

La hipótesis del presente trabajo trata de las significaciones imaginarias sociales que sostienen los equipos técnicos de hospitales públicos, que llevan adelante las TRHA en la Provincia de Buenos Aires acerca de las familias LGTBIQ+, inciden en el acceso de éstas a la parentalidad. Entre los objetivos del presente trabajo nos planteamos: identificar las significaciones imaginarias sociales que subyacen a los discursos y prácticas de los equipos técnicos entrevistados para visualizar si influyen como obstáculos o facilitadores para el acceso a los derechos reproductivos con familias LGTBIQ+. Intentaremos detectar si existen efectos de cambio contextual institucional que se adecuen a las nuevas normativas (Ley de Matrimonio Igualitario y Ley de Reproducción Humana Asistida) Como metodología analizaremos de manera teórico-conceptualmente el contenido de las entrevistas obtenidas para comparar con aquello encontrado en el rastreo sobre bibliografía pertinente. Como conclusión encontramos que en las significaciones imaginarias sociales de los profesionales existe la perspectiva de género pero que el acceso a la parentalidad por TRHA para las familias LGTBIQ+ se encuentra dificultada por la falta de insumos en los Hospitales Públicos de la Provincia de Buenos Aires, si bien en los últimos años se accedió al propio Banco de Esperma que no había.

The hypothesis of the present work deals with the social imaginary meanings held by the technical teams of public hospitals, which carry out the TRHA in the Province of Buenos Aires about LGTBIQ+ families, affecting their access to parenthood. Among the objectives of this paper we set ourselves: to identify the imaginary social meanings that underlie the discourses and practices of the technical teams interviewed to see if they influence as obstacles or facilitators for access to reproductive rights with LGTBIQ+ families. We will try to detect if there are effects of institutional contextual change that are adapted to the new regulations (Equal Marriage Law and Assisted Human Reproduction Law). As a methodology, we will theoretically-conceptually analyze the content of the interviews obtained to compare with what was found in the pertinent bibliography search. In conclusion, we find that in the social imaginary meanings of professionals there is a gender perspective but that access to parenting through TRHA for LGTBIQ+ families is hampered by the lack of inputs in the Public Hospitals of the Province of Buenos Aires, if Well, in recent years, the sperm bank itself was accessed, which did not exist.
