Investigación de residuos de «rogor» en forrajes, carne y grasa de bovinos

Abstract

Se investiga la evolución de los residuos del Insecticida Dimetoato («Rogor») en pasturas tratadas con 130 g y 390 g de materia activa por hectárea, aplicado bajo la forma de concentrado emulsionable al 40 %, dispersado con equipo terrestre con botalón de 11 m de franja útil, en un volumen de 344 litros por hectárea. Se infiere que el empleo de Dimetoato («Rogor» para el caso que nos ocupa) a las dosis ensayadas 130 y 390 g p. a. por ha, no implica riesgos de contaminación de las carnes, grasas o lengua de bovinos que pasten sobre praderas tratadas para una sensibilidad del método del orden de 0,004 ppm.

It is investigated the evolution of the insecticide Dimethoato «Rogor» residues on pastures treated with 130 g and 390 g of active material per hectare, applied as concentrate emulsifiable 40 %, spread with spray equipment with boom of 11 am of useful swath, in a volume of 344 liters per hectare. It is concluded that the residues values in forage vary from 9,9 ppm to 0,9 ppm for the dose of 390 g of Dimethoato per hectare, within the initial deposit and the residue at 10 days respectively and within 26,5 ppm and 1,5 ppm for the dose 390 g of Dimethoato per hectare, in the same lapse of time. The analysis carried both on flesh, grease and tongue give minor values than that of the sensibility limit of the chromathographic method employed on this investigation, that is 0,004 ppm, except in only determination at the third day, dose 390 g, per hectare that reached the limit level.
