De la comunidad adicta, a la <i>hystoria</i> de cada uno

Abstract

A partir de las lecturas del trabajo que realizo en una Comunidad Terapéutica (CT) trato de ubicar las confl uencias y divergencias de distintos discursos, teorías y prácticas que se dan sobre las adicciones o, más bien dicho, sobre la “construcción” del adicto, como así también mostrar algunos intentos analíticos en dicha tarea. Lo que me interesa analizar es el encuentro de la práctica analítica con la CT, institución que desde el siglo XX ha sido una opción en el tratamiento de los pacientes adictos a las drogas. En la CT Tekove Roga el dispositivo pone en cuestión los ideales impuestos, contribuye a esclarecer las satisfacciones pulsionales en cada espacio particular e intenta desmarcarse de los lugares comunes de la ideología conservadora de las CT.

From my own readings of the work that I do in a therapeutic community (TC) I intent to point out some of the confl uences and divergences of diff erent discourses, theories and practices that occurs during the treatments of addictions or the, so call, “construction” of the addict, as well as show some analytical attempts on this task. I am interested in the analysis of the encounter of the psychoanalytical practice with the TC, classical system that since the twentieth century it has been the main option in the treatments of patients addicted to drugs. In the TC Tekove Roga by questioning the ideals imposed by others, we contribute to clarify the unconscious satisfaction in each particular institutional space and we try to make a diff erence by breaking with the common places of the classic ideology of the TC.
