Propuesta de procedimiento para el pre inventario patrimonial edilicio extenso que incorpora el comportamiento ambiental

Abstract

El análisis de instrumentos de relevamiento global utilizados en el país, aplicados a preinventario e inventario del patrimonio edilicio, permitió detectar que por una parte presentan un salto muy grande de información entre estos niveles de relevamiento y por otro no contemplan la variable confort ambiental. Esto nos llevó a proponer un procedimiento y ficha intermedia, denominada pre-inventario extenso, buscando incorporar la variable confort ambiental. Este instrumento ayudará a caracterizar las futuras intervenciones, permitiendo asimismo un nuevo enfoque para la valoración patrimonial de edificios.

The analysis of instruments of global report used in our country, applied to pre-inventory and inventory of building heritage, allowed to detect that on one hand they present a difference in relation to the quantity of information among these report levels and on the other hand they don't contemplate the environmental comfort variable. These lead us to propose an intermediate procedure and chart, denominated extensive pre-inventory, with the propose to incorporate the environmental comfort variable. This instrument will help to characterize future interventions, allowing a new way to value the heritage buildings. In these charts the quantity and level of information is increased to facilitate the valuation and to define future interventions. The utilized methodology, its procedure and an example of an extensive preinventory chart are exposed.
