Abstract

Ernesto Laclau es discutido en los años noventa como un teórico crítico al neoliberalismo y como un autor que valoriza las luchas de los movimientos sociales frente al neoconservadurismo de izquierda y de derecha. Frente a su postulado de una articulación contrahegemónica, en el marco de la proliferación de puntos de conflicto, Laclau realiza un doble movimiento: recupera luchas específicas y critica el particularismo de las propuestas multiculturales acríticas. En ese espacio converge con dos pensadores: Judith Butler y Slavoj Zizek. En ese debate se complejiza su teoría de la articulación que luego dará lugar a su recuperación y a su retematización del populismo.

Ernesto Laclau is discussed in the nineties as a theoretical critic to the neoliberalism and as an author who values the fights of the social movements opposite to the neoconservadurismo of left side and of right. Opposite to his postulate of a counter hegemonic joint, in the frame of the proliferation of points of conflict, Laclau realizes a double movement: it recovers specific fights and acríticas criticizes the particularity of the multicultural offers. On this space it converges with two thinkers: Judith Butler y Slavoj Zizek. In this debate complejiza his theory of the joint that then will give place to his recovery and to his retematización of the populism.
