La política universitaria peronista y el movimiento estudiantil reformista: actores, conflictos y visiones opuestas (1943-1955)

Abstract

En el presente trabajo esbozamos una lectura sobre la relación entre el gobierno peronistay el movimiento estudiantil universitario, en el transcurso de la década que va entre los años 1946 y 1955. Con tales fines, vamos a tener en cuenta distintos niveles de análisis: por un lado, la complejidad del escenario político abierto en Argentina en junio de 1943, así como la fuerte influencia del marco internacional durante estos años. Por otra parte, la fuerte presencia de la "tradición" reformista en el estudiantado, las normativas sancionadas a partir de 1947 y la visión del peronismo sobre la institución universitaria, van a echar luz sobre las posiciones asumidas en aquella conflictiva relación. Por último, especificaremos el devenir del movimiento estudiantil en la Universidad de Buenos Aires: las principales fuerzas políticas que lo componían, sus consignas para la acción, sus posiciones frente al gobierno y los matices al respecto.

In this paper we outline a point of view about the relation between the Peronist government and the student university movement, in the course of the decade that goes between the year 1946 and 1955. With such purposes, we are going to bear different levels of analysis in mind: on the first hand, the complexity of the political scene started in Argentina in June, 1943, as well as the strong influence of the international frame during these years. On the other hand, the strong presence of the reformist "tradition" in the students, the regulations sanctioned since 1947 and the vision of the Peronism on the university institution, they are going to enlight on the positions assumed in that conflictive relation. Finally, we will specify the evolution of the student movement into the University of Buenos Aires: the main politicalforcesthatcompossed it, its slogans for the ac- tion, ¡ts positions opposing to the government and the shades in the matter.
